Kharrazian_Now_PlayingI hope you can make time to listen to my talk on depression during the online Depression Sessions event, hosted by Sean Croxton of Underground Wellness.

It is currently available for early bird viewing and downloading.

The two-week Depression Sessions runs from June 14 through June 27 and features almost two dozen natural health experts speaking on the topic of depression and anxiety.

If you miss my early bird talk this week you can catch it again June 24 and 25.

You can also take advantage of an early-bird discount for the whole program through Sunday, June 14. This allows you to listen to it at your leisure. Click here for more info.

During my Depression Sessions talk I’ll discuss the following:

  • How antidepressants don’t address many factors that cause depression.
  • Why traumatic brain injuries often show up as depression, even years later.
  • How chronic gut problems, inflammation, or unmanaged autoimmunity can cause brain inflammation, leading to depression.
  • How other symptoms that present with depression — anxiety, insomnia, brain fog — can help you determine its cause.

New Video Course — Save Your Brain: The Six-Week Rescue Plan

I am finishing up a video course I created in response to reader requests for help on how to get started and follow through with a brain health program. It’s called Save Your Brain: The Six-Week Rescue Plan and is the first installment in a series of instructional video courses I’ll be offering called the One-to-One series.

I break the information in my book Why Isn’t My Brain Working? into small chunks of information that I discuss on video, which is accompanied by a workbook. This allows you to proceed step by step through a program of improving your brain health.

I realize many people with compromised brain function have difficulty following a book and remembering what they have read as they go along. Hopefully this will help make the information more manageable and easier to implement.

I will have more news on the course available soon, please keep your eyes open for emails on the topic.
