I recently had the honor of being awarded the title of Fellow by the American College of Nutrition for scientific contributions to the field of nutrition. Membership in the college includes some of the most respected nutritional scientists in the world.
Fellows must have published five or more scientific papers in referred medical or scientific journals, have recognized board certification in the field of nutrition, hold a doctoral degree from an accredited organization, and demonstrate significant expertise in the field.
The American College of Nutrition was founded in 1959 by nutritional scientists and is currently recognized by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
They publish the prestigious Journal of the American College of Nutrition and hold an annual scientific symposium.
